When Seabourn Encore launched in 2016, she redefined the industry's expectations for an ultra-luxury experience. Seabourn Encore will feature 300 spacious, well-appointed suites, all of which include a private veranda. The majority these range from nearly 300 square feet for the standard veranda suite, plus a private veranda measuring up to 74 square feet, to the ultimate in luxury, the 1,300 square ft Wintergarden suites, which have a huge veranda.
All accommodation will feature striking design, tasteful and sophisticated décor, and abundant light, with finishes in rich mahogany wood, blue and white detailed carpet and tailored white stitched upholstered headboards. Luxuriously modern bathrooms will all be in polished marble.
As always the Personal Suite Stewardess' thoughtful, unobtrusive service will include welcome champagne and canapés; a selection of designer soaps; replenishing ice and bar set-up; managing laundry service needs; assisting with special requests; and personalised nightly turndown.
Enhanced by the vision of interior designer Adam D. Tihany, the sophisticated color palette, choice of fine fabrics, rich materials and lustrous finishes found in guest accommodations reflect Tihany’s master touch.

Suites aboard Seabourn Encore feature a comfortable living area, queen-size bed or two twin beds; walk-in closet with personal safe, interactive flat-screen TV with music and movies, fully–stocked bar and refrigerator, writing desk with personalized stationery, makeup vanity, spacious bathroom with separate tub and shower, plush robes, slippers, hair dryer and 110/220V AC outlets.
The Restaurant is a beautiful fine dining venue. Its menus feature a wide variety of delectable choices prepared to your order by our talented chefs. The Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner on an open-seating basis, inviting guests to dine when, where and with whom they wish.
This slightly more casual alternative offers appealing indoor and outdoor tables for breakfasts and lunches featuring beautiful, bountiful buffets, plus a selection of à la carte items and daily specials from the kitchen. Evenings find these pleasantly lively spots serving regionally themed dinners with full table service.
For a refreshing change of pace, dine on deck. Lunches in this casual poolside venue feature an array of salads, pastas, soups and freshly made pizzas, plus hot dogs, specialty hamburgers, chicken and seafood on the grill. Each day, a different themed menu is offered as well. When it's just too nice to go indoors for dinner, settle in for a full menu of salads, soups, sides and grilled steaks, chops, seafood or poultry. It’s Seabourn quality food and service in a delightfully impromptu, al fresco setting.
The airy, welcoming space combines a gracious library and sitting room, a handsomely furnished computer center, a discreet enclave manned by efficient concierges, and a European Konditorei-style coffee bar with a gleaming espresso machine and a glass-enclosed case filled with tempting sandwiches, scrumptious pastries and colorful gelato.
A round-the-clock menu offers tempting selections anytime. During extended dinner service hours, you can enjoy a complete meal ordered right from that evening’s The Restaurant menu, served for you in your suite or on your veranda.
Telephone calls can be made direct from each suite. There are e-mail and internet facilities at the computer centre on deck 5 including Microsoft Office Software, web browsers and a printer.
A complimentary self-service laundry is located on decks 4. A dry cleaning and pressing service is also available.
The ship’s licensed and registered doctor and nurse are on 24-hour call for professional and emergency services, which are available at customary charges. The medical centre is designed to provide medical care for temporary illnesses and accidents only.

The small plunge swimming pool and two whirlpool Spas form the centre piece of the mid-ship deck where there are plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas and isn’t too far from the Veranda Cafe.
The ship has a fold-out water sports Marina that can be deployed when the ship is at anchor in certain locations. Once deployed, the Marina provides a platform where guests can enjoy board sailing, water-skiing, banana boat rides, pedal boats and kayaks. The Marina also has a stainless steel mesh enclosure that permits protected swimming in the sea.
Close to the main staircase is where you will find the duty-free shop selling fine jewellery, perfumes and fashion items to name but a few!
The reception offers 24 hour assistance, 7 days a week.For guests wishing to make shore-side arrangements, the Concierge is available to assist with knowledgeable suggestions and will help with any off-shore arrangements.
On selected cruises there are various lectures and work-shops on specific subjects with guest lecturers.
