Close-by, the UNESCO World Heritage site of the sacred island of Delos is an archaeological wonder and well worth a visit. Mykonos enjoys a traditional Mediterranean climate. Summers are very dry and between May and June temperatures exceed 25 °C with July and August often reaching the mid 30’s.
