With views across to La Gomera sits Abama Kabuki, the proud owner of one Michelin star. Here, Executive Chef Daniel Franco fuses distinctive Japanese flavours with traditional Western culinary techniques. Holding two Michelin stars, prestigious Chef Martín Berasategui’s signature restaurant, M.B is renowned for its creative interpretation and authentic tastes of Basque cuisine. Over at El Mirador (meaning the viewpoint) the gourmet journey continues with mouth-watering seafood, fish, paella and lobster dishes – this has to be possibly the most enviable location of all the resorts restaurants, with breath-taking ocean views and was by far our Product Manager’s most popular place to dine when she recently stayed there.
For those keen to indulge in fine wine and sensational steak then you must try 20/20 Steakhouse, named for its selection of 20 meats from Uruguay, Nebraska and Northern Spain and wines from 20 regions of the world. The list of places to eat is quite simply too many to mention, but we feel we must end with what was our Marketing Manager’s absolute favourite epicurean experience, Txoko, where she indulged in the most impressive authentic Spanish gastronomy. For anyone who appreciates exceptional cuisine then a trip to this foodie haven is an absolute must!
