Residing in the stunning Atlas Mountains in Morocco, the award-winning Kasbah Tamadot is an intimate Moroccan retreat discovered and bought by Sir Richard Branson during one of his famous ballooning expeditions.
The ambience is that of a home rather than a hotel, due in no small part to the local Berber staff employed locally from the surrounding villages. There are just 27 rooms and suites that have all been uniquely decorated with a mix of antiques and artefacts from all over the world, blended with vibrant Moroccan tones. 15 rooms are located in the main building whilst beyond the Tamadot Gardens are nine stylish Berber Tents, five with private Jacuzzi.
The wonderful Kanoun restaurant serves delicious local and international cuisine complete with fabulous views. There are two swimming pools, including an outdoor heated infinity pool overlooking the stunning Atlas Mountains and also an indoor heated pool. There is a full range of activities available; from trekking in the Atlas Mountains, creating Moroccan inspired dishes, viewing Moroccan inspired movies under the stars or simply relaxing in the Asonfou Spa.

With an intimate fireside bar for pre-dinner cocktails and a stunning rooftop dining area complete with wonderful views of the Atlas Mountains, Kanoun Restaurant serves delicious local and international cuisine. The food served marries local produce and flavours and is paired with a great selection of international and Moroccan wines. Kanoun Restaurant is open for all hotel guests and day visitors and is a short drive from Marrakech.
