Dining at Hermitage Bay is a delight and one of the most prominent features of the resort. For those wanting the ultimate indulgence, the restaurant offers Butler Room Service at an additional charge. The resort also offers a stunning eastern-inspired spa and a comprehensive water sports facility.

These fabulous cottage-style suites feature a lounge area (not air-conditioned) that leads out onto a sundeck with a private plunge pool. The spacious bedroom with the bed facing the windows lead onto large luxury bathrooms with bath and shower as well as a separate outdoor shower garden. These are wonderful hideaway rooms and ideal for honeymooners or those in search of absolute privacy. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.

The restaurant and bar are set on two levels overlooking the sweeping bay, providing an intimate atmosphere for diners. Dining and cuisine is a prominent feature of this all inclusive resort mixing the best of Modern European cuisine with Caribbean favourites and American classics. Menus change daily and the chef uses locally-sourced produce wherever possible, ensuring only the freshest of ingredients, whilst a large portion of the fruit and vegetables are grown in the hotel's organic garden.
The lounge area is right next to the beach and pool and is a great place to unwind with a cocktail or even take lunch for those who prefer a slightly less formal feel.
For a special occasions guests can dine on the beach with their feet in the sand or be indulgent and opt for Butler service.

Weddings can be arranged by the hotel in a choice of pretty locations. The hotel will only hold 1 wedding per week, with a maximum of 8 guests at the party. This is to limit disturbance to other guests staying in the resort. Please contact us with your Wedding requirements.
