The Great House is at the heart of Park Hyatt St. Kitts and offers both indoor and outdoor dining. Other dining options include The Stone Barn, where historically it would have been used to protect sugar and other valuable crops, at Park Hyatt St. Kitts it offers guests an intimate adults-only fine dining experience. The Fisherman’s Village, created to reflect the small huts and berths found in the villages that once lined the coastline of St. Kitts, offers guests an ‘ocean to table’ dining experience for both lunch and dinner.
The spacious 126 guestrooms and suites combine contemporary architecture with a timeless, colonial feel that taps into the rich historic roots of St. Kitts Christophe Harbour. This restaurant is reflective of the grand houses which once stood at the centre of each plantation. Traditionally, in those great houses governors may have congregated over meals to celebrate with each other in a luxurious and relaxing setting. Today, The Great House restaurant has that same intention - located in the heart of the resort and home to the all-day dining venue.
Indoor and outdoor seating is available in the Great House, as well as housing the main hotel restaurant. The venue includes a Rum Bar, herb garden, chefs table and a conservatory serving plantation afternoon tea.

The stone barns on the island of St. Kitts were once used to protect the crops during the wet season on the island. The Stone Barn here offers adult-only dining for dinner and serving food from the hearth.
The Island Fort offers a safe yet fun atmosphere for little adventure-seeking and fun-loving junior guests. An eclectic mix of indoor and outdoor activities, arts and crafts, storytelling, games and much more is the hallmark of The Island Fort, to keep the youngest guests returning each and every day.
