Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the following venues (exact operational times vary per venue): Flavors (Mediterranean buffet restaurant), Ouzo (Greek a la carte), Fresco (Italian a la carte), Anaya (Asian a la carte), Provence (French Provençal a la carte), Oliva (Spanish a la carte), Beach Club (Beach Bar & a la carte Dining). Dine Out Service – use of designated local restaurant(s). An extensive selection of wine labels from Ikos wine cellar. All A La Carte restaurants require Dinner reservations.
Beach and Pool food & beverage service with drinks, cocktails and snacks are served to guests’ sunbeds. 24-hour room service. Midday snacks; coffee and tea, sweets and ice cream; local and international branded drinks - all served in several bars (at least one open 10.00 – 02.00). Fully stocked mini-bar daily replenished with branded spirits; use of sun beds and umbrellas by the pool and beach; safe in the room.
Sports & Entertainment activities: Table tennis, aqua aerobics, beach volley, basketball courts, tennis court (reservation required); mountain bikes, non-motorized watersports (windsurfing 1 hour per stay, canoe/ pedalo/ SUP once per day 20mins). Live evening shows, daily supervised animation programmes and group activities. Gym-Fitness centre (16yrs and up) with varied fitness course programmes for all. Main swimming pool, kids pool, infant paddling pool, indoor pool (16yrs and up), steam bath and sauna (16yrs and up). Usage of Kids Club (ages 4 years – 12 years) and Teenager Club (13 years – 17 years, operated during July and August) operated by an experienced UK childcare provider (reservation required).

The Crèche, Mini Club and Teen Club offer organised activities for those from four months to seventeen years – all carefully overseen by fully qualified professionals operating in line with UK Ofsted standards.
Special kids and baby equipment, designated areas and services are in place throughout the resort to help parents travel light and enjoy a hassle-free holiday. Deluxe Collection guests will enjoy their own extensive pool area including a dedicated children’s pool, together with a beach area reserved exclusively for their use. Along with kids' welcome treats and kids' welcome toiletries.
