Seabourn Quest is the third iteration of the vessel design that has been called “a game-changer for the luxury segment.” Built at the T. Mariotti shipyard in Genoa, she was named in Barcelona on June 20, 2011. True to her Seabourn bloodlines, wherever she sails around the world, Seabourn Quest carries with her a bevy of award-winning dining venues that are comparable to the finest restaurants to be found anywhere.
Seabourn Quest offers a variety of dining options to suit every taste and every mood, with never an extra charge. The Restaurant is the main dining venue on board, serving multi-course breakfasts, luncheons and dinners in an open-seating style amid a refined setting of gleaming white linens, polished alabaster walls, flowing sheer draperies and glittering crystal chandeliers. Menus reflect an insistence on fresh, high-quality ingredients, masterful preparation and appealing presentations. In a signature Seabourn salute to personalization, guests are invited to order from the Restaurant menu during extended service hours, and have their meal served in the privacy of their suites or on their verandas. The Colonnade is a more casual, very popular indoor/outdoor option serving lavish station-style buffet breakfasts and lunches. Dinners in the Colonnade are regionally-themed menus prepared in the open kitchen and served at table. Restaurant 2 is an intimate setting where guests can enjoy innovative small-plates tasting menus nightly by reservation. The Patio Grill is a casual alternative offering poolside dining for luncheons and dinners, as well as freshly baked pizzas from its on-site oven all afternoon. Festive beach barbecues are frequent highlights on warm-water cruises, with lavish steak-and-seafood grills and Seabourn’s Signature Caviar in the Surf event. There is also a thermal area and a large hydro-pool.
Situated on deck 10 this is the upper level of The Spa containing a private Spa villa and an outdoor relaxation cabana and small whirlpool for all Spa guests.
This is an expansive sun deck surrounding the central swimming pool and two large whirlpool spas. Surrounding the pool there are sun loungers and cabanas with a good choice of sun and shade. Live music and dancing can be enjoyed on occasions at the stage area, situated on the pool patio.
With 36 double sun beds set up on deck 11 this is a great place to relax and enjoy some sunshine.
The ship has a fold-out water sports Marina that can be deployed when the ship is at anchor in certain locations. Once deployed, the Marina provides a platform where guests can enjoy board sailing, water-skiing, banana boat rides, pedal boats and kayaks. The Marina also has a stainless steel mesh enclosure that permits protected swimming in the sea.
This is a multi-use plaza with a 9-hole golf putting green and two shuffleboard courts.
For those who like to keep fit there is a fully equipped gym with cardio and resistance equipment. There are also complimentary yoga and pilates classes as well as a private trainer.

The Library is also located in Seabourn Square and is perfect for those who like to curl up with a good book. The onboard library offers an extensive selection of hardcover books, magazines, reference materials and newspapers. The eight computer work stations are a popular place to catch up with those back up or carry out some research on your approaching destination.
Situated mid ship is where you will find the duty-free shop selling fine jewellery, perfumes and fashion items to name but a few.
