Discover Thailand

Renowned for its luxury hotels, supreme levels of service, beautiful beaches and a huge array of spectacular places to visit, Thailand offers its visitors wonderful memories. A combination of city and beach is a must as Thailand’s beaches compete with the very best beaches in the world – with palm-fringed golden sands in areas such as Phuket and the islands of Krabi and Koh Samui. There are also sleepy fishing villages and beautiful national parks to be explored, full of amazing tropical flora and fauna.

Escape the crowds on one of the beautiful islands off the coast or enjoy the hustle and bustle of the cities of Bangkok or Chiang Mai. If your main mission on holiday is to soak up the atmosphere, the culture and the history, then a visit to the frenetic city of Bangkok is ideal, where the pace of the city only slows down in the tranquillity of the temples. Thai hospitality is second to none and the warm welcome you receive from the people of this beautiful country remains a powerful reason to return time and again.

Weather

On the whole, the best time to visit Thailand is during the cool and dry season, between November and early April. Although the climate can be variable during the remainder of the year (Apr – Oct), these are still good months to visit.

Particular parts of the country have differing climates – in the South for example, the West coast has generally better weather during the UK’s winter months and diving & snorkelling is especially good at this time. On the East coast the weather is good for most of the year with the highest rainfall in November and the lowest during January and February.
