          Seabourn prides itself on offering gourmet dining experiences that rival the finest restaurants anywhere. There are open bars throughout the ships, stunning restaurants offering top-class cuisine and fine wines poured at lunch and dinner.

          Seabourn’s fleet of intimate ships are renowned for their style, elegance and relaxed ambiance as well as fabulous but unobtrusive service. Each ship offers all-suite accommodations, providing the necessary space in which to truly relax. A new addition to the luxury fleet is the arrival of Michelin-starred chef Thomas Keller a renowned American chef and restaurateur. He’s the culinary genius behind a trio of Michelin-starred restaurants; The French Laundry, Per Se and Bouchon. Seabourn are delighted with this new partnership and excited to be taking the onboard experience to another new level.

          With a menu, wine list and ambience inspired by a classic American chophouse, The Grill is a collaboration between three-star Michelin chef Thomas Keller and designer Adam D. Tihany, exclusively for Seabourn. The Grill can be enjoyed aboard Seabourn Quest and Seabourn Encore and will soon be rolled out across the Seabourn fleet.

          Chef Keller brings his award-winning French and American cuisine to the ultra luxury cruise line adding new flavours and flair to complement Seabourn’s already celebrated cuisine. The Grill is his most intimate space where you can savour the most succulent roasted chicken dish, sample a superb Caesar salad or an outstanding veal chop – some might say simple fare but it’s timeless and created, honed and delivered to a spectacular level. The Grill will be open for dinner daily, and guests will have the opportunity to secure reservations in advance of their cruise. In keeping with Seabourn’s all-inclusive concept, there is no additional charge to dine at the speciality restaurant.
