Nestled in the hills of Nevis, and set amongst 30 acres of landscaped gardens, the hotel offers guests the option to enjoy either the cool hillside retreat or listen to the sound of the waves lapping at Montpelier Plantation by the Sea, their nearby private two-acre beach, to which a daily shuttle is provided.
Montpelier Plantation has seventeen guestrooms including one suite, each with private veranda, offering spectacular views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The new decor throughout is classical “island elegance”.
In the evening gourmet dining is available in a choice of three restaurants – Restaurant 750 overlooking the night-lights of nearby St Kitts, Mill Privee, a small and intimate restaurant in the sugar mill and Indigo, a casual poolside bar and restaurant. Whilst featuring different menus, all the restaurants draw upon the extensive wine cellar to compliment the cuisine.

- A minute’s walk from the hotel’s Great Room, this old Nevisian-style, fully restored house sits on its own two-acres of private land with breathtaking views of both Nevis Peak and the Caribbean Sea.
- Retaining its old world charm but with modern touches, the house consists of a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with twin single beds a luxury bathroom, a living room with furnished terrace and a fully equipped kitchen which can be stocked on request.
